We’ve designed the arena for everyone aged 7 and up.
- Must be 18+ to book

Important Information

Age Restrictions
You must be 18+ to book a session and the minimum age requirement for players is 7. All participants under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult 18+. All players are required to complete a waiver form prior to session start. If players are under 18 the waiver form must be countersigned by a parent or guardian 18+.
Refund and Cancellation Policy
We are unable to offer monetary refunds for any experiences which are cancelled by you. A coupon for the amount you have paid for your experience will be issued for any cancellations that are made 5 days prior to your experience starting. You will be able to book an alternative time and date. The coupon will be valid for a period of 6 months (The coupon is valid for this experience only). Cancellations requested with less than 5 days notice will not be eligible for a coupon or refund. Refunds cannot be issued for bookings that don’t comply with age restrictions listed above (Please note minimum age is 7 years old).
Session Duration
You have an allocated time slot of 60 minutes(unless you have a customised booking) which will include introduction, briefing, fitting of equipment and approximately 45 minutes of game play.
How to Book/Pay
Parties/Events are available for up to 6 active players at any one time and you will have exclusive use of the VR arena during your session. All parties/events must be prebooked online using the virtualrealities.uk platform or by contacting us via our contact form. When booking your party/event you must include the total number of guests who will be playing (you cannot book individually). The payment provider is Stripe which accepts most major debit and credit cards. You must be 18+ to book a session. All players are required to complete a Waiver Agreement prior to session start. If players are under 18 the waiver form must be countersigned by a parent or guardian aged 18+.
Dress Code
We recommend light comfortable clothing, close toe shoes and no loose items.

What your party/event includes
Your party or event will include exclusive use of the VR Arena for your specified time and attendees. Your party or event will not include provision of food or other party/event related provisions. If food is required you will need to contact one of Dreamland’s onsite vendor Stack’d and arrange this separately as Virtual Realities do not provide this facility. Dreamland has terms and conditions relating to bringing food on to the site. Dreamland do not permit items such as birthday cakes and lighting of candles (due to fire safety regulations). Please read Dreamland’s terms and conditions before booking your event.

Waiver Agreement
A waiver agreement needs to be completed by all participants 18 years of age and older before attending any of the experiences. If your booking includes players under 18 years of age, then a parent or guardian must complete the agreement on their behalf.
