You must be 18+ to book a session and the minimum age requirement for players is 7. All participants under the age of 14 must be supervised by an adult 18+. All players are required to complete a waiver form prior to session start. If players are under 18 the waiver form must be countersigned by a parent or guardian 18+.

We are unable to offer monetary refunds for any experiences which are cancelled by you. A coupon for the amount you have paid for your experience will be issued for any cancellations that are made 5 days prior to your experience starting. You will be able to book an alternative time and date. The coupon will be valid for a period of 6 months (The coupon is valid for this experience only). Cancellations requested with less than 5 days notice will not be eligible for a coupon or refund. Refunds cannot be issued for bookings that don't comply with age restrictions listed above (Please note minimum age is 7 years old).

You have an allocated time slot of 30 minutes which will include introduction, briefing, fitting of equipment and approximately 20 minutes of game play.

Slots are available for 2-6 players and you will have exclusive use of the VR arena during your session. All slots must be prebooked online using the virtualrealities.uk platform. When booking your slot you must include the total number of guests who will be playing (you cannot book individually). The payment provider is Stripe which accepts most major debit and credit cards. If players are under 18 the waiver form must be countersigned by a parent or guardian aged 18+.

We recommend light comfortable clothing, close toe shoes and no loose items.

Generally, no, thanks to the the way Free-Roam VR works. ( because you physically move while you are playing the game this reduces or eliminates motion sickness)
