These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the Virtual Realities website located at https://virtualrealities.uk (the “Website”), operated by Imaginar Limited, trading as Virtual Realities, a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 06111370), with Registered Office: C/O Gf & Co, 3 Braid Drive, Herne Bay, Kent, CT6 5DZ.
By using this Website or making an enquiry or booking through it, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website immediately.
1. About Us
Virtual Realities operates:
- A Free Roam VR Arena at Dreamland, Margate,
- Mobile Free Roaming VR experiences for corporate & private hire,
- Custom-built VR experiences for exhibitions, visitor attractions & brand activations,
- Spawnpoint Free Roaming VR solutions for venues wishing to become Virtual Realities Partners.
These Website Terms govern use of the Website only.
Your participation in VR experiences is governed by:
- Our Terms of Service
- Our Waiver Agreement
- Our Privacy Notice
- Our Media Consent Form (for identifiable photos/video)
2. Age Requirements
You must be 18+ to:
- Make a booking
- Submit an enquiry for a corporate, custom, or partner service
- Create an account
- Enter into any form of contract
Children (under 18) may only use the Website under adult supervision and cannot make bookings.
3. Use of the Website
You agree:
- Not to misuse the Website
- Not to attempt unauthorised access
- Not to copy, scrape, or reproduce Website content
- Not to introduce viruses, bots, or harmful code
- To use the Website lawfully and responsibly
We may suspend or terminate access at any time.
4. Bookings Through the Website (Dreamland VR Arena)
By making a booking, you confirm:
- You are 18+
- All participants 18+ will sign their own waiver
- A parent/guardian (18+) will sign for each participant under 18
- Minimum age is 7
- Under‑14s must be supervised on-site
- You have read and accept our Terms of Service, including safety, refund, rescheduling and health conditions
A booking is confirmed only once we issue a confirmation email.
5. Payments, Refunds & Rescheduling (Dreamland Arena Bookings)
- All payments are final and non‑refundable
- Dissatisfaction with the experience does not qualify for a refund
- Late arrival or failure to meet participation requirements does not qualify for a refund
- You may request a reschedule at least 5 days before your session
- Accessibility-related adjustments will be considered under the Equality Act 2010

6. Waiver Requirements
A Waiver Agreement must be completed before participating:
- 18+ participants sign individually
- Parents/guardians sign for minors
- No waiver = no participation (no refund)
- Waivers are valid for 12 months, unless information changes
7. Corporate & Private VR Hire
Virtual Realities offers mobile Free Roaming VR arenas for off-site bookings and immersive VR sessions at Dreamland for private groups, parties or corporate events.
When submitting a corporate/private hire enquiry via the Website, you agree that:
- All quotes are estimates until confirmed in writing
- Additional travel, setup and staffing costs may apply
- The client must provide a minimum 6m x 6m clear area for mobile arenas unless otherwise agreed
- The client is responsible for on-site safety of guests and compliance with venue rules
- A formal Service Agreement may be required before delivery
- A deposit may be required according to the terms of the quote
- Final payment terms will be stated in your confirmation email or contract
Corporate/private VR hire is subject to availability and bespoke pricing.
8. Custom VR Experiences for Events, Exhibitions & Brands
Virtual Realities designs and develops tailored VR experiences, including:
- Custom-built immersive VR environments
- Free Roaming VR activations
- Trade show & exhibition installations
- Brand storytelling & promotional experiences
When you submit an enquiry:
- All proposals and concept documentation remain our intellectual property
- Project timelines, deliverables and pricing will be defined in a Custom Development Agreement
- A deposit may be required before work begins
- Creative assets, game logic and software source files remain the property of Virtual Realities unless otherwise agreed in writing
- You must hold necessary rights for any brand assets you supply
Custom VR development is a business-to-business service and is governed by separate contract terms.
9. Virtual Realities Partner Programme (Spawnpoint Installations)
Businesses may apply through our Website to become a Virtual Realities Partner and install a Spawnpoint Free Roaming VR system at their venue.
By submitting an enquiry, you acknowledge:
- All information provided is for preliminary evaluation only
- Partnership and installation require a separate formal agreement
- Pricing, licensing, support services and game libraries are governed by the Spawnpoint Partner Agreement
- We may decline or discontinue discussions at our discretion
- All technical designs, system documentation, modules and software remain Virtual Realities’ intellectual property
Partnership enquiries are non-binding until a contract is signed.
10. Intellectual Property
All Website content, including:
- text, images, logos, branding, designs, software, VR concepts, documentation
is owned by or licensed to Imaginar Ltd.
You may not:
- reproduce
- duplicate
- modify
- adapt
- publish
- scrape
- reverse-engineer
any part of the Website without written permission.
11. Media, Photography & Marketing Consent
We do not use identifiable photos or video of you or your child for marketing unless:
- you sign a Media Consent Form, or
- you give explicit verbal consent
You may withdraw consent at any time.
CCTV operates for safety and security at all times.
Media consent rules apply to arena visits and corporate/private events unless otherwise stated.
12. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal data is processed according to our Privacy Notice.
This includes:
- booking information
- corporate/private hire enquiries
- custom development client information
- partner programme enquiries
- waiver data
- CCTV
- incident reports
- technical browsing data
- marketing preferences
- media consent records
Waiver/CCTV/incident data may be retained for up to 6 years.
13. Third‑Party Links
The Website may contain links to external services such as:
- Dreamland
- payment providers
- social platforms
- business enquiry tools
We are not responsible for their content or policies.
14. Website Availability
We strive to keep the Website available but do not guarantee:
